  Rented a property from Nigel at PA Samuels for 3 years. Very professional to deal with and any issues were addressed promptly. We recently moved out and the process went very smoothly and our bond was returned quickly. Would highly recommend PA Samuels for any tenant.

  Over 25 years ago I rented a property and Nigel’s dad was the agent. I was so impressed with him that I said if I was ever in a position where I was a landlord I would use PA Samuels. Since then I have become a landlord and without hesitation I signed them up as my agent. We have always found Nigel to be very professional in every aspect. He has dealt swiftly with any issues that have arisen. We have no hesitation in recommending PA Samuels to anyone looking for an agent.

  We've had our rental properties with PA Samuels for over 20 years, and we couldn't be happier with the professional, trustworthy and efficient service that Nigel and staff provide. We started with Phillip Samuels, who sold us a rental property. It was our intention to move rental management to another real estate firm, that was handling our other rental property, but instead we ended up staying with PA Samuels and moving our other rental property to be managed by PA Samuels.
  This is a well run and trustworthy family business. Nigel Samuels and the Samuels family who own the business are 'hands on' in the daily running of the business. Their commitment to their clients is second to none and we feel very much part of their 'business family'.
  We travelled extensively before Covid19, in 2019 we were away for 8 months. We had complete trust in Nigel to handle our rental affairs while we were away and were able to enjoy our extended 8 month trip with complete peace of mind.
  We can't speak highly enough of Nigel and PA Samuels and have no hesitation in recommending this excellent family business.
