  We are currently at pre-construction phase of building our new home with Celebration Homes. We have chosen to build with Celebration Homes to ensure that our experience with building our family home is a stress-free and exciting experience. James Robinson our new home consultant is extremely helpful. He demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill. He listened to our requirements, gave good advice on our design, even though we changed back and forth he was patient and understanding. The Celebrations Homes team is professional, organized, and transparent on costings, which gave us confidence throughout the planning process.

  I will be recommending Steve Johnstone with more than confidence to anyone who is considering to build. This gentleman is the definition of patience, hard work and dedication. He has provided outstanding customer service that went well above my expectations, respecting our personal values and wishes with our budget. He literally delivered EXACTLY what we wanted and even improved some ideas! He is incredibly approachable and super responsive, and creates the most comfortable environment to discuss and plan your build. He is very transparent and sets you up for success, avoiding hidden fees and providing tips. CELEBRATION Homes are lucky to have such an impressive consultant and they compliment each other perfectly.

  We came to The Home Collective on a whim, with no appointment booked and a dream of starting the process to build our home. 4 days later, and we had a block and home plan drawn up for us, and a contract ready to be signed! Kepler was amazing from the get go - making time to squeeze us in for an informative chat to discuss what Celebration Homes was about and could offer, and show us some estates up north where we were wanting to build. He made enquiries with land agents, and found some blocks for us to go and look at. After some more researching the next day, we found the perfect block. Despite being a Sunday and late in the afternoon, Kepler once again went the extra mile to make time for a call so that we could be 100% sure we loved all aspects of our home plan, and were satisfied we had all of our questions answered! Since then he has given us prompt responses and has always been ready to help us with a moments notice. We cant wait to continue on with our building process, and look forward to seeing the finished product :)

  We are still at the early stage of our building journey but Josh, our new homes consultant, has been great since the beginning. He made sure to listen to our needs and wants and has been very patient with us being indecisive at times. He explained every bit of information to us and has answered every question we had so far. Their customer service and communication are excellent and very professional as well. Josh was very accommodating and made sure that we are happy with what we have got. He also made us feel reassured by making sure everything is transparent and consistent. We are very excited and are looking forward to building with Celebration Homes.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh Beardsell, from Celebration Homes. I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
  
  I used to be a salesman and I don’t like salesmen. I know if I want something and I am happy to wait for the right person to work with so that I can have an enjoyable experience.
  
  From the moment we met Josh, it was clear he doesn’t consider himself a salesman. He is simply a good person wanting to help others. He displays a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm complemented by his warm nature. He took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget and he was incredibly patient throughout the entire process.
  
  What truly impressed me about Josh was his patients with us. Having a young family we can rarely have a meeting without our 3 young children running around trying to stay entertained. Throughout this, whether it be at a display home or their beautiful office I have not once seen even a glimpse of frustration from Josh.
  
  Additionally, Josh's communication skills are outstanding. He consistently checked in with me when appropriate and I never felt in the lurch with what was going on and what to expect.
  
  Overall, I am delighted with my experience with Celebration Homes, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Josh Beardsell. He has gone above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Josh and or Celebration Homes for anyone considering building their dream home.
